KMC Construction Management Services is a construction management and supervision consultant firm that specializes in providing assistance with managing trades, schedules, and budgets for a variety of construction projects. Our trade experts has a wealth of experience working on projects such as timber frame apartments, single-family homes, cottages,, concrete buildings and home renovations.

We also specialize in managing building inspections, achieving occupancy and city sign off for residential units as well as providing support for home renovations.

construction techniques and processes, mentoring and growing teams. I strive to build and maintain good working relationships with consultants, company owners, clients, foremen and the workers in general- they are the ones that make it happen.
I am a skilled Field Operations Manager/General Superintendent adept at managing multiple work areas or projects on a daily basis to achieve schedule and high quality goals. I have exceptional skills in resolving conflicts, facilitating communication and managing projects, I am a strategic leader and analytical problem-solver with superior Construction Supervision skills and abilities with strong working relationships.
